Easy Traffic Systems and related ecosystem products are owned and operated by Mainline Marketing Group, LLC. This Image Licensing Policy applies to image-related features, tools, outputs, metadata, prompts, and image generation workflows made available through Easy Traffic Systems and related products, including Dynamic Image SEO Pro when used within or alongside the ETS ecosystem.

AI-Generated Images

Some Easy Traffic Systems image-related features may use artificial intelligence, third-party image generation services, automation tools, prompts, or external APIs to create, suggest, modify, optimize, or assign images.

AI-generated images may be subject to the terms, restrictions, licensing conditions, and policies of third-party AI providers. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party terms.

Rights Granted to Users

User Responsibilities

• Do not assume generated images are free of restrictions without reviewing applicable provider terms.
• Do not publish images in regulated, sensitive, or high-risk contexts without proper review.

Commercial Usage

Images generated through Easy Traffic Systems may generally be used commercially for websites, articles, promotional graphics, social media, email content, and related business uses, provided such use complies with this policy and any applicable third-party provider terms.

Users should not resell generated images as standalone stock image collections, image packs, NFTs, templates, or sublicensed asset libraries unless they have confirmed that such use is permitted by all applicable provider terms and laws.

No Exclusive Ownership Guarantee

AI-generated images may not be unique, exclusive, copyrightable, or protectable in the same way as traditional commissioned artwork. Similar or nearly identical outputs may be generated for other users by the same or different AI systems.

Easy Traffic Systems does not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright registration eligibility, trademark clearance, or freedom from third-party claims.

Third-Party Restrictions

Image generation and processing may rely on third-party AI services, APIs, hosting infrastructure, and software providers. Their policies may restrict certain uses, including but not limited to political content, adult content, illegal activity, celebrity likenesses, trademarked characters, regulated industries, deceptive media, or harmful content.

Metadata, ALT Text, Captions, and SEO Fields

Easy Traffic Systems may create or suggest image titles, ALT text, captions, descriptions, file names, schema data, or related SEO metadata. Users are responsible for reviewing metadata for accuracy, accessibility, compliance, and suitability before publication.

Images Uploaded by Users

If you upload or submit images to be processed, optimized, assigned, analyzed, or used by Easy Traffic Systems, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and process those images.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, licensing, or platform rules.

Prohibited Uses

• Using images for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Creating or publishing images that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Using generated images to misrepresent real events, identities, endorsements, or affiliations.
• Using images in ways that violate third-party AI provider policies.
• Redistributing generated outputs as standalone image libraries without permission.

No Legal Clearance Provided

Easy Traffic Systems does not provide legal clearance, copyright opinions, trademark review, model releases, property releases, or intellectual property verification for generated or processed images. For high-value commercial use, brand campaigns, regulated industries, or sensitive topics, users should seek professional review.

Limitation of Liability

Mainline Marketing Group, LLC is not responsible for claims, damages, losses, takedowns, platform penalties, licensing disputes, infringement allegations, or business consequences arising from your use of generated, suggested, uploaded, processed, or optimized images.
